I have worked as a Deputy County Attorney for Yavapai and Lapaz Counties and as a Peoria, AZ and Glendale, AZ Municipal Prosecutor. I have received extensive training and experience with misdemeanor and felony DUI and Criminal Law. I earned a reputation as an aggressive attorney, but extremely fair prosecutor.
After many years as a government prosecutor, I began my own DUI and Criminal Defense Law practice with the belief I would be more effective helping people with their DUI and criminal legal issues as a defense attorney and also allow me to fully realize my passion for helping people in our community.
I have chosen to focus my practice to those charged with DUI and criminal offenses (both felony and misdemeanor), primarily in Maricopa County, including the cities of Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, Goodyear, Avondale, El Mirage, Buckeye, Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale, Chandler, Gilbert, Maricopa County Justice Courts, and Maricopa County Superior Court. Accepting felony matters in other jurisdictions including Yavapai County, Mohave County, and Pinal County.
Let my extensive experience training police officers, negotiating plea bargains, and conducting criminal trials work for you. I understand that many stand wrongfully accused of crimes and deserve an attorney that will fight to see that justice is served. Others deserve a second chance, not a criminal conviction. As an aggressive and effective trial attorney, I will ensure that each client will receive the best possible representation.
I promise to treat every client with respect and integrity. Every case will be given exceptional care and attention. Every client will be kept promptly informed regarding their case.
